Rest up and get acclimated to your new environment. City tour with visits to wildlife rescue and ecology centers around Nairobi, such as the elephant orphanage, crocodile sanctuary, and giraffe center

Day 2:

Nairobi to Nakuru

Depart for Nakuru National Park after breakfast

• Afternoon nature walk in Menengai Crater
• Enjoy swimming pool & stunning views of the crater
• Sundowner and campfire chat with Maasai guide

Day 3:

• Early morning game drive in Nakuru National Park
• Local shopping, leisure time at the camp

Day 4:

Nakuru to Maji Moto

• Drive to Maji Moto after breakfast
• Warrior welcome & demonstration
• Walk the Loita Hills
• Evening bath at the hot spring, campfire stories and songs

Day 5:

Experience Maasai community life, and exploring local educational and health philanthropy projects. Activities could include:

• Ceremonies for blessings in and around the village
• Gather and learn about medicinal plants
• Daily life in the village (beading, cooking, water, laundry)
• African cooking lesson
• Warrior Training
• Personal time with Medicine Woman
• Night Game Drive
• Campfire, stories and songs
• School & community visit
• Maasai Market
• Walk the Loita Hills

Day 6:

Maasai Mara
Luxury Tented Camp

• Travel to luxury tented camp
• Afternoon game drive
• Relax by the evening campfire

• Independent day to wrap things up before traveling home, which could include: shopping in Narok town for gifts to bring home, spending time in the village with mamas and children, hiking with warriors, and packing for departure
• Farewell ceremony, with warriors and women singing, blessing from elders

• Drive to Nairobi, for flights home or travel to next destination
• Meals after lunch and hotel, if needed, are on your own
